About

I am currently a faculty member at Eckerd College, where I am delighted to teach a range of lower and upper level literature courses. In the past, I have also served in a variety of roles as a faculty member and education development director.

Additionally, I am engaged in scholarship in the fields of early drama, disability studies, and pedagogy. All three of these interests intersect in my most recent book: I am the General Editor of the open access Medieval Disability Sourcebook: Western Europe, an collection of primary texts that focus on disability in the medieval West. My current book project Dramatic Prosthesis: Disability and Drama has received funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Arizona Center for Medieval and Renaissance Studies (ACMRS), and the American Society for Theater Research (ASTR). The book is under contract with the University of Michigan Press.
